Job Description Job Description Senior Payroll Coordinator Scottsdale, AZ Monday - Friday | On-Site Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Payroll Coordinator to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supporting payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced payroll knowledge, and experience handling multi-state payroll. Key Responsibilities Process full-cycle payroll (2k employees ) for multi-state employees on a biweekly and/or weekly basis Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and tax laws Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting Oversee garnishments, benefits deductions, bonuses, and commissions Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure accurate employee data and general ledger reporting Research and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information Assist with year-end processing including W-2s and tax filings Support system upgrades, process improvements, and internal controls Qualifications 5 years of progressive payroll experience (senior-level experience preferred) Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll laws and tax regulations Experience with payroll ADP WFN required Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations) Degree preferred Strong problem-solving and communication skills Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year Search managed by: Desiree Salazar Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
