to our inclusive team. As a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst
- Level 2 located in Chandler, AZ y ou'll be a linchpin in missions
of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day
one. This position is on-site and does not offer teleworking or
work from another location. The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst
level will report to Scheduling Management and will develop and
maintain one or more detailed schedules. In this role, the
incumbent will make recommendations to solve problems, create
presentation content and will interface with multiple functional
teams, as well as the Program/Project Manager. In this job, you
will: Prepare, develop, and coordinate the Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS) to meet all program objectives and ensure program
schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated. Implements
scheduling best practices as prescribed by industry to include, but
not limited to: Developing and maintaining the Integrated Master
Schedule (IMS). Working with Control Account Managers (CAMs) to
status the IMS Implementing baseline changes through the Baseline
Change Request (BCR) process Developing new schedules or adding to
existing schedules as additional scope is awarded Performing
critical path analyses, identifying and resolving critical path and
network logic conflicts Generating schedule related reports and
presentations Running schedule health checks and resolving issues,
ensuring compliance to industry standards and contractual
requirements Preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline
Reviews (IBR), and internal and external audits Analyzing
subcontractor schedules and tracking performance Becoming an Earned
Value Management System (EVMS) expert and supporting CAMs in their
role Participating in process improvement initiatives Why You?

Qualifications (professional experience): Bachelor's degree with 2
years of professional experience Previous experience in Project
Management, Planning and Scheduling, Program Finance, or
Engineering Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word,
PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft
Project Aerospace/Defense industry experience Department of Defense

Grumman Total Rewards Primary Level Salary Range: $72,100.00 -
$108,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline;
however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when
determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
(PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The application period
