Job Description:

Technician Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our
facilities offer a comfortable, safe, and high-standard environment
to our guests and staff. The position demands a blend of technical
expertise and a commitment to maintaining the impeccable standard
of Marriott facilities, ensuring systems operate seamlessly and
eco-friendly. Regular inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC
systems to ensure optimal operation and efficiency. Implement and
document routine maintenance schedules. Troubleshoot and repair all
HVAC-related issues within the hotel. Ensure compliance with all
safety and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other
maintenance team members to ensure a coordinated approach to all
systems within the premises. Educate and advise the hotel staff on
proper operation and maintenance procedures for HVAC systems. Stay
current with advancements in HVAC technology and sustainable
practices. Profound knowledge of HVAC systems, including
installation, troubleshooting, and repairs. Ability to read and
interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and
procedure manuals. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency with
tools and machinery required for HVAC system maintenance. Effective
communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must be a Certified
HVAC Technician (e.g., from an accredited body such as HVAC
Excellence or NATE). EPA Section 608 Certification preferred.
