is the place for you. Job Details Drive B2B sales by identifying
new opportunities with general contractors, facility managers,
building owners, and industrial clients. Develop and maintain
strong relationships to grow repeat and long-term business. Conduct
site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand needs
and offer solutions. Build a strong pipeline by networking, cold
outreach, and attending industry events. Provide clear,
professional communication before, during, and after the sales
cycle to ensure customer satisfaction. Estimate your own
work—taking projects from initial lead through final pricing.
Prepare complete and accurate estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and
mechanical projects. Review plans, specifications, and scopes of
work to develop competitive proposals. Identify value-engineering
options and cost-saving alternatives for clients. Collaborate with
vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure pricing
accuracy. Prepare bid packages, proposals, and presentations for
clients and internal reviews. Qualifications 5 years of experience
in mechanical, HVAC, or construction estimating. Proven success in
B2B sales or client-facing roles. Ability to read and interpret
plans, drawings, and technical documents. Strong communication and
negotiation skills. Proficiency with estimating software, Excel,
and general Office tools. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and
