Job Description Job Description Lula is looking for a 1099 Appliance Repairman to help with property maintenance of several hundred rental properties across the Phoenix Metro area . We are seeking individuals who have experience in the property management industry and has an eager attitude. This individual must be trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with technology, and be apt in problem solving. You will need reliable transportation. Value Proposition: *We pay extremely fast (within 24 hours of completing a job via ACH) *You sent your own hourly rates *We have a lot of work on a daily basis Experience in the following are a plus: *Residential Appliance Experience Requirements -Must have valid ID -Must provide your own tools and materials -Must be willing to undergo background check -Must have transportation -Must have an iPhone or Android cell phone Job Type: Contract
