Position : Customer Service Associate Level II Location : Tempe,
AZ Duration : 4 Months Contract Total Hours/week : 40.00 1 st Shift
Client: Medical Device Company Level Of Experience: Mid-Level
Employment Type: Contract on W2 (Need US Citizens Or GC Holders
Only) Shift: 730 AM – 4:00 PM Description: Provide internal
customer service support for the client Peripheral Intervention
Sales Force and external support for BDPI Domestic Customers.
Essential Job Functions: Works with customers to resolve issues and
ensure that escalations are quickly and effectively handled Works
collaboratively with a variety of people at all levels within the
organization to ensure effective communication and success of key
initiatives Answer incoming customer inquiries by phone and email
Places orders for customer by phone, email and fax for shipment
from client for over 4000 products codes Determines requirements by
working with customers Utilize a customer relationship application
and /or database to record activities and research product
information Provide support and assistance to the outside sales
force Handle requests for returned product Work with other teams
cross-functionally to resolve customer and sales force issues
Respond to inquiries by clarifying desired information; research,
locate, and provide information Resolve problems by clarifying
issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative
solutions; implements solutions; escalates unresolved problems
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information; completing
transactions; forwarding requests Update job knowledge by
participating in educational opportunities Enhance client
reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job

overtime as needed Must be able to work shifts ranging from 5:00am
– 5:00pm AZ time Monday thru Friday and an occasional Saturday if
business needs dictate Positive and Professional attitude Education
And Experience Requirements: High School Diploma; Associates Degree
or Bachelor’s Degree a plus One (1) or years Customer Service
experience desired; preferable in a Call Center environment
Mathematical Skills: Ability to solve basic Math equations.
Reasoning Ability: This position requires the ability to formulate
decisions to new rapidly developing challenges. Attention to detail
is paramount. Ability to learn quickly is a must. Decisions must be
made in a timely manner to service the needs of customers and/or
Sales Territory Managers. Physical Demands: While performing the
duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand,
walk, sit and use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects,
tools, controls and office equipment. The employee frequently is
required to talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to
reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel or crouch. This
individual will work in an office environment with moderate noise.
Infrequent lifting of over 25 lbs. will be required. About Client:
