To be considered for this role, candidates MUST: Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture. Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members. Ensures the highest level of guest service and satisfaction. Prepares for spa treatments and cleans and restocks room according to spa processes and procedures. Provides consistent and professional spa treatments in accordance with accepted certification practices and spa protocols. Strictly adheres to the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and according to facility processes and procedures. Must hold both an active massage therapist and aesthetician certification. Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
