Team Lead Job Description As a Quality Inspector Team Lead, you
will be responsible for conducting audits and inspections to
identify and address quality issues. You will collaborate with
cross-functional teams, communicate quality issues to stakeholders,
and lead a team of quality inspectors to ensure excellence
throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities Conduct audits
and inspections to identify and address quality issues. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the
product lifecycle. Communicate quality issues and findings
effectively to stakeholders. Participate in meetings and
presentations to share information and updates. Lead and motivate a
team of quality inspectors. Provide coaching, mentoring, and
training to team members. Manage MRB meetings and review equipment
calibration, validation, and maintenance records. Essential Skills
Extensive experience in quality control, identifying and correcting
defects through inspections and testing. Strong experience in
quality assurance, maintaining a proactive process aimed at
preventing defects. Experience in quality inspection, ensuring
products meet quality standards. 3 years of leadership experience
in manufacturing. Proficiency in using precision measuring tools
like calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Familiarity with industry
quality standards and regulations. Ability to interpret data and
identify trends for quality improvement initiatives. Additional
Skills & Qualifications Excellent visual acuity and ability to
identify even minor defects. Clear and accurate record-keeping of
inspection results. Effective communication skills with production
personnel, quality management, and other stakeholders. Excellent

The work environment requires the ability to lift and/or move up to
35 pounds and involves standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or
crouching as required. You must be able to climb portable ladders
and use personal protection equipment. The role requires good
manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination. Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mesa, AZ 85212.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 -
$29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may
depend on your job classification and length of employment.
