Advanced Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the

report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of
our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule. In this
role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our
aerospace solutions by driving innovation and ensuring that our
hardware meets the highest standards of quality and performance. At

culture. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Participate in the
hardware design process, from concept to production. Collaborate
with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and
specifications. Design and develop complex hardware systems,
including schematic capture and PCB layout. Perform hardware
testing and validation to ensure product performance and
reliability. Provide technical guidance and support to junior
engineers. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and
technologies. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree from
an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as
science, technology, engineering, mathematics. Minimum of 8 plus
years of experience in hardware design and development. Strong
knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools. Experience
with hardware testing and validation. Excellent problem-solving and
analytical skills. WE VALUE Advanced Engineering degrees such as
Electrical Engineering (EE) or related fields. Experience in
hardware (V&V) Validation & Verification. Experience in leading
hardware design projects. Ability to mentor junior engineers.
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Knowledge of FPGA and microcontroller-based designs. Experience
with DO-160 and DO-254. Experience with TSO and PMA for aerospace
