• Accurately evaluates, documents patients response to therapeutic interventions, on a timely basis
• Assists patients/families in most effective way to provide for concrete service needsQualifications and Job Info
  • Education Completion of an earned Masters Degree in Social Work
  • BLS
  • 2-3 Years experience required working as social worker.
  • Active Illinois state license
  • Knowledge of psychotherapy and methods
