POSITION SUMMARYPolara Health is seeking a dynamic and
experienced clinical manager to lead the expansion of our
behavioral health services into the Verde Valley area. This key
leadership role will oversee both adult and child outpatient
services while fostering community partnerships, overseeing
clinical services, driving operational growth, leading to clinical
excellence, and managing business operations. This role will
provide direct clinical services for approximately 10 hours per
week, with flexibility to adjust as needed to meet the evolving
needs of the community, clients, or organizational goals. This may
include psychosocial assessments, counseling, and treatment
planning.This position is based in the Verde Valley area with some
travel required to other Polara Health locations.ESSENTIAL
RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and nurture key community partnerships to
support service integration and growth.Recruit, hire, and onboard
qualified clinical and administrative staff.Establish operational
workflows, policies, and procedures tailored to the needs of the
Verde Valley location.Monitor service demand and determine
appropriate timelines for hiring additional staff.Oversee program
growth, ensuring services align with organizational mission and
community needs.Maintain clinical excellence by providing clinical
supervision, guidance, and oversight to clinical staff.Provide
direct clinical services to meet community, client, and
organizational needs.Monitor and ensure compliance with all
regulatory, ethical, and organizational standards.Oversee routine
business needs, including budget development, FTE management, and
resource allocation.Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation,
and excellence among staff.Regularly evaluate program effectiveness
and implement improvements as needed.QUALIFICATIONS - 21 years of
age or older; or minimum 18 years old and licensed or certified
under A.R.S. Title 32 and providing services within the personnel
member's scope of practice; or minimum 18 years old for select
administrative positions - Must be able to provide or obtain an
AZDPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card - Must possess and
maintain a valid Driver License, current automobile insurance, and
a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the
organizationMaster's degree in social work, counseling, or a
related field.Current licensure as an LCSW or LPC in the state of
Arizona (or eligibility for licensure).Minimum of 5 years of
experience in behavioral health, with at least 2 years in an
operational or leadership role.Demonstrated experience in community
partnership development and staff recruitment.Strong clinical
background with a deep understanding of adult and child behavioral
health services.Proficiency in managing budgets, FTEs, and
operational workflows.Excellent communication, organizational, and
problem-solving skills.Experience in a start-up or expansion
environment preferred.Familiarity with the behavioral health needs
of rural communities preferred.Knowledge of evidence-based
practices in mental health and substance use treatment
