  Shift: Nights / 7:30p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW, holiday rotation
  Length: 13 weeks
  Requirements:
  • AZ License
  • At least 2 year of ICU experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS Other Details:
    • Will take one year of ICU and one year of PCU/ Med surg if they have worked in larger facilities. and have strong skills
    • Float to our EC MST & Pediatric unit to care for adult MST
    • Charting System: Cerner # of beds: 10Ratios: Depends on the acuity as this is a combined acuity unit: ICU 1:2, PCU 1:4, MST 1:5-6, if no nurse aid for 1:3 primary careCommon diagnoses/Types of patients Medical ICU: Sepsis, suicide attempt, drug or Alcohol withdrawal, COPD, respiratory arrest, pneumonia, COVID, DKA, blood Pressure or heart rate abnormal.
