Job Description:
This nursing position requires independent practice in a
clinical setting, providing routine and complex patient care while
developing contingency management skills.
Responsibilities include applying the nursing process, assessing
patient needs, administering treatments, documenting care, and
educating patients and families.
Core competencies focus on utilizing evidence-based care, managing
patient flow, overseeing unit operations, and ensuring safety and
quality standards.
Technical skills involve adherence to clinical policies,
maintaining accurate documentation, operating medical equipment,
processing orders, and interpreting patient charts.
Emphasis on patient safety, compliance with healthcare regulations,
and effective communication across care teams.
Qualifications include a BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS
certification, and at least 1 year of related experience. Work
hours are 7PM-7AM, per diem as needed.
