Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a
qualified OR RN in Flagstaff, Arizona, 86001! Pay Information
$2,400 per week About The Position Job Description: We’re hiring an
experienced Operating Room RN to join a high-acuity Level I Trauma
and Teaching Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. This 11-room OR handles a
high volume of trauma, ortho, spine, and neuro cases (including
craniotomies). The nurse will work 3x12-hour day shifts
(06:30–19:00) , with on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed.
Block scheduling is not guaranteed, but efforts will be made.
Scrubs are provided, and charting is done in Cerner.

experience Active AZ or compact RN license BLS & ACLS (AHA) –
Required Trauma Level I experience required; Level II accepted if
recent and high-acuity Must have experience in general, ortho,
spine, trauma, and neuro (craniotomies) On-call: Up to 8 weekdays 9
weekend call shifts in 13 weeks (30-min recall) Weekend: Every 3rd
weekend (typically) Floating: Not required Locals accepted Must
submit RTO at time of submission Facility may call off up to 6
