Gentle Dental is searching for a Part time Endodontist at our
Phoenix, Arizona practices. $25,000 signing bonus At Gentle Dental

other. Position Details: Flexible part-time for the right candidate
Direct referrals from several General Dentists Predominantly PPO
practice Comprehensive dental office Compensation 50% of production
Schedule: 2 days a month Additional days may be available in
Prescott, Avondale and Surprise Locations: 4550 E Bell Road, Bldg
8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032 Benefits Include: 401K Malpractice
CE Credits Position Qualifications: Board Certified/ Board Eligible
1 year of experience preferred Endodontic Residency Certificate
Accredited Dental School Graduate Current applicable State Dental
License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment) Other
licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI We focus on a
