Job Title: Rad Tech Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cath Lab License: Licensed MRTBE CRT with Arizona certification Certifications: ARRT, BLS Must-Have: - Level I trauma experience - Proficiency in Cerner and Xper EMR systems - Ability to scrub with ARRT certification Job Description: - Conduct 10-25 cases per day in a cardiac catheterization laboratory. - Work in a unit with 3 main beds and 1 EP & 1 hybrid bed handling both vascular and cardiac cases. - Perform interventional, EP, peripherals, EP - cardiology and vascular procedures, including mitral clip, TAVR, and IABP placement. - Participate in call duties 8-12 days per month, including holiday rotation, with a 30-minute response time. - Utilize Phillips and Siemens equipment in procedures. - Wear provided scrub colors. - Attend a floor-specific orientation for 2 days. - Handle responsibilities in a unit setting, with support from charge nurses and rad techs for circulating and scrub duties. - Maintain BLS certification and cover endovascular and CVOR as necessary. - Primary shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. - Understand hospital policies for potential shift cancellations up to 3 times per contract. - Work in acute care settings and be comfortable with tele systems. - Facilities include 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services.
