Experience: • 24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. • Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience within the past 4 years. • 3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: • Candidates must have a Arizona license or compact license (required for submission). • This role may require floating to additional units and locations • Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted. • COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. • COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. • 12 months between Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (AZ) CommonSpirit Health • 12 months between Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (AZ) CommonSpirit Health Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details: Required Skills and Experience: Will need to be able to read and interpret telemetry. May be asked to precept nursing students. Minimum of 1 year in MedSurg. Must be willing to care for both MST/PCU patients. Preferred Skills and Experience: Prefer candidates with experience in telemetry. Required Credentials: Clinician must take and pass dysrhythmia exam within two attempts prior to signing contract. If clinician fails to score 80% in two attempts, then they will be DNU for CS AZ and Sacramento for 6 months. Shift & Scheduling Requirements: Every other weekend, Friday and Saturday for Nights. Holiday rotation to distribute holidays fairly. Call or standby requirement- If low census, staff rotates standby turns. Travelers may or may not be in rotation for low census depending on contract. Floating Requirements: Float into our Multi Care Unit & Pediatric unit to care for adult MST, also float to our West Campus MedSurg Tele. Unit and Facility Details: MST/ PCU(Med Surg Tele/PCU) Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 1.
