qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Cottonwood, Arizona, 86326! Pay

Flexibility to float to required units Description: Position
available for an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse. The nurse
will float to medical-surgical telemetry as needed. Candidates must
be open to floating where most needed. Shifts will consist of four
12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The nurse-patient
ratio in the ICU is 1:1 or 1:2, and in medical-surgical telemetry,
it is 1:4 or 1:5. All candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of
experience. First-time travelers are accepted. Every other weekend
availability is required. The candidate must be able to take all
types of critically ill patients. Candidates with neuro and trauma
experience are preferred. Standard medical-surgical and telemetry
equipment will be used. Floating to medical-surgical telemetry is
expected. Comfort with patient ratios in medical-surgical telemetry
is essential. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate
strong assessments and critical thinking skills. The facility
adheres to strict quality and patient safety standards. All
applicants must be well-rounded travelers who are team players.
Candidates should possess strong medical-surgical/telemetry
experience to be considered. Floating requirements must be
