Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for
patients in an outpatient or inpatient setting - Develop
individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional
independence - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to
coordinate care - Document patient progress accurately in the EMR
Requirements - Current Arizona OT license or must have already
applied and be able to provide an ETA for license approval -
Minimum 1 year of recent OT experience - Must be willing to travel
to assigned facilities - Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills - Ability to work independently with minimal orientation
