Job Description:
Job Description The ACT Program Therapist provides
community-based mental health services to adults with serious
mental illness, delivering individual therapy, crisis intervention,
and recovery support as part of a multidisciplinary team. Essential
duties include conducting clinical assessments, developing
treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in various
settings. They coordinate care with partners, support
skill-building, monitor progress, and provide crisis support.
Qualifications involve master’s degree in counseling, social work,
or related field , licensure or eligibility , and experience
working with SMI clients . Strong communication, empathy, and
knowledge of evidence-based approaches are essential. Core values

empathy . The role involves some travel, computer use, and
