Job Description:
Job Description We are seeking compassionate Therapists for our
outpatient clinic to provide family, individual, and play therapy
addressing behavioral health issues. Eligible licensed therapists
will receive a $5,000 bonus (paid in two installments) upon
full-time, on-site employment; Masters/associate license candidates
are considered but not bonus-eligible. Responsibilities include
conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, managing
therapy sessions, crisis intervention, and collaborating with team
members. Qualifications: Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology,
or Social Work Arizona licensure or eligibility Experience with
diverse populations and evidence-based practices Strong
communication, empathy, and ethical standards Benefits include
