Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Flagstaff, AZ Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,450 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Position / Specialty: OR RN Shift: 3 X 12 18:30 - 07:00 - CHARGE EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS Ratios: 1:1 Years of experience REQ: 2 Years First-timers accepted: Yes Weekend REQ: As needed, usually every 3rd weekend On-Call REQ: NO CALL Floating Requirements: No Blocked Scheduling: Not guaranteed but unit will do their best to accommodate. Locals accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Unit manager’s approval Required Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Special Requirements: *Level 1 trauma center OR with 11 rooms of high volume ortho, trauma and spine cases. All other specialties. Minimal peds. *Traveler must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (specifically craniotomies). *Must have level I trauma experience but will consider highly skilled clinician with recent level II trauma experience in like-size/larger facility.
