Registered Nurse (RN) | Operating Room Location: Flagstaff, AZ Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,400 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Description: We’re hiring an experienced Operating Room RN to join a high-acuity Level I Trauma and Teaching Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. This 11-room OR handles a high volume of trauma, ortho, spine, and neuro cases (including craniotomies). The nurse will work 3x12-hour day shifts (06:30–19:00) , with on-call duties and weekend coverage as needed. Block scheduling is not guaranteed, but efforts will be made. Scrubs are provided, and charting is done in Cerner. Requirements Requirements: 2 years of OR RN experience Active AZ or compact RN license BLS & ACLS (AHA) – Required Trauma Level I experience required; Level II accepted if recent and high-acuity Must have experience in general, ortho, spine, trauma, and neuro (craniotomies) On-call: Up to 8 weekdays 9 weekend call shifts in 13 weeks (30-min recall) Weekend: Every 3rd weekend (typically) Floating: Not required Locals accepted Must submit RTO at time of submission Facility may call off up to 6 shifts in a 13-week contract Charting: Cerner | Scrubs provided | Free parking Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
