Job Description Job Description Dialysis Clinical Specialist ( RN/LPN)- Southwest AZ Region Multiple Locations| Full time| Salaried Compensation: Up to $141K Full Benefits We are seeking a Dialysis Clinical Specialist to support and elevate clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and staff development across multiple dialysis clinics in the Arizona market. This regional role partners with clinic leadership to drive strong patient outcomes, oversee clinical readiness, and lead education and training initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Ensure clinics meet federal, state, and regulatory standards (CMS, state agencies, internal audits) Support quality improvement, QAPI programs, and patient outcome goals Lead clinical education, onboarding, and in-service training for nursing and clinical staff Partner with administrators and regional leaders on operational readiness and growth Conduct internal reviews, corrective action plans, and compliance follow-up Qualifications: Current RN or LPN/LVN license (AZ or compact) 2 years dialysis nursing experience (recent) Strong knowledge of ESRD regulations and dialysis standards Leadership, coaching, and multi-site management experience preferred CNN or CHN certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally Why Join: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Regional leadership impact across multiple clinics Career growth in a quality-focused, patient-centered organization Apply today to confidentially explore this opportunity.
