About the Position Job Title: Clinical Nurse Profession: Nursing
Specialty: ACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 6:30 AM - 7 PM Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 3 years in an acute or sub-acute
facility License: Valid, current, full, and unrestricted Nursing
License to practice in any state of the United States or its
territories Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) from the
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
from the American Heart Association Complete Trauma Care After
Resuscitation (TCAR) within six months of hire National Institutes
of Health (NIH) NIH Stroke Scale must be completed within six
months of hire Must-Have: Experience working independently and
performing a variety of nursing care procedures. Description: The
Clinical Nurse performs a variety of nursing care procedures
requiring professional knowledge. Consideration of specific patient
conditions and treatments is essential. The ability to work
independently in completing assignments is required. Guidelines
include physician orders, standards of care, nursing policies and
procedures manuals, and hospital policies. Nursing duties include
providing support to individuals of all ages and their families. A
diverse community is present within the workplace, contributing to
a rich cultural environment. The nursing staff includes various
roles such as registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and
nurse practitioners. Collaboration with other healthcare
professionals is common in delivering comprehensive care.
Additional training and certification may be required based on the
