to assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care - Strong
supervisory skills for staff management Description: The ICU
Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing,
planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned
patients on a per-shift basis. The role includes the supervision of
staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The RN will be
accountable to support the facility's Chief Nursing Officer to
ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Competency
of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to
patient care are critical responsibilities of this position.
