Registered Nurse (RN) | Medical-Surgical Location: Tuba City, AZ Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,350 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Seeking a skilled Med/Surg RN for a 13-week contract at a regional facility in Tuba City, AZ . The position requires flexibility to work both day (06:30–19:00) and night (18:30–07:00) shifts on a rotating basis, including every other weekend and holiday coverage . Start date is October 6, 2025 . Quick start candidates are encouraged to apply. Orientation is held every two weeks. Flu and COVID exemptions may be accepted with proper declination forms. No housing or incidentals are provided by the facility, but housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start . Requirements Minimum 3 years of recent Med/Surg RN experience Active ACLS , BLS/BCLS , and NIHSS certifications Flexible to work both day and night shifts Willing and able to work holidays and every other weekend Must submit housing application 2 weeks prior to start if needed H1B visa details required (if applicable) No call required , no incidentals or mileage reimbursement provided Guaranteed 36 hours/week Overtime after 40 hours/week at $10 over base rate Benefits Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from first day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. • "Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 REFERRAL BONUS
