LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Tuba City, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel ED Mental Health / RN Case Manager Facility: Tuba City Regional Healthcare Location: Tuba City, AZ Setting: Emergency Department / Mental Health Case Management Contract: 13 weeks | Start Date: 02/23/2026 Openings: 1 Schedule: - Variable shifts (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM) - Weekend rotation with on-call Key Responsibilities: - ED case management focused on patient throughput and level-of-care determination - Assess patients for inpatient vs observation vs outpatient status (InterQual) - Coordinate interdisciplinary care, discharge planning, and community resources - Support patients with mental health needs, chronic pain, frequent ED utilization, and abuse cases - Collaborate with ED providers, social work, admissions, and coordinated care teams Requirements: - Active RN license (any U.S. state accepted; AZ license not required) - BLS (AHA) - Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum) - 2 years ED case management experience - 2 years patient care experience (hospital/home health/SNF) - 1 year travel experience required - Case Manager Certification (CCM or ACM) required within 2 years if not already held - Proficient with EMR (Allscripts), MS Office About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
