to find a qualified Cardiac Electrophysiology MD in Flagstaff,
Arizona, 86001! We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible
Cardiac Electrophysiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment
in Arizona, starting Feb 2, 2026. This ongoing contract offers day
shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 5:00pm with a
one-hour lunch break, focusing on consults and EP cases in a
hospital setting. Job Details Location: Arizona Start Date: Feb 2,
2026 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Cardiac
Electrophysiologist Schedule: 7:00am-5:00pm; scheduled blocks
include Feb 2-6, Feb 9-13, Mar 16-20, Apr 6-10, Apr 13-17, May 4-8,
Jun 29-Jul 3, Jul 20-24 Responsibilities and Duties Perform
hospital consults (3-4 per day) related to cardiac
electrophysiology and heart rhythm disturbances Conduct
electrophysiology (EP) cases (4-6 per day, depending on case
length) Perform special procedures including left-sided ablations
Collaborate with hospital teams to deliver patient-centered care
Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital
protocols Additional Information Board Certification or Eligibility
required in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology and Cardiology
Active Arizona license required; candidates able to obtain AZ
licensure will be considered Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification required DEA registration with AZ required Minimum 1
