Shift Type: Rotating shifts (all shifts: day, evening and night),
includes weekends; specific start/end times vary by assignment (All
shifts) Hours per Week: 36 Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour About

Provide professional nursing care to critically ill patients in a
5-bed ICU, delivering high-quality, compassionate care Perform
thorough patient assessments and implement individualized care
plans based on physician orders and standards of care Support
post-operative recovery for general surgery, pediatric and OB
patients during after-hours as needed Float to Emergency
Department, Med/Surg or Pediatrics when census requires,
maintaining safe continuity of care Collaborate with
interdisciplinary team members — physicians, therapists and support
staff — to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate
documentation and follow hospital policies, procedures and clinical
guidelines Act independently and responsibly in completing nursing
assignments while escalating concerns appropriately Qualifications
Current, unrestricted Professional Nursing License (RN) valid in
any U.S. state, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory Minimum 3 years
prior ICU nursing experience Associate Degree in Nursing (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS) — American Heart Association (current)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) — American Heart Association
(current) Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) — American Heart
Association (must be completed within 6 months of hire if not
current) Trauma Care After Resuscitation (TCAR) — must be completed
within 6 months of hire if not current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
training — must be completed within 6 months of hire if not current
Ability and willingness to float to ED, Med/Surg and Pediatrics as
needed Education Associate Degree in Nursing Knowledge & Skills
Critical care nursing and patient assessment ICU workflows and
post-operative recovery care Experience with diverse inpatient
populations (adult, pediatric, OB as applicable) Strong clinical
judgment and the ability to work independently Effective
communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
Comfort working in a small regional hospital and adapting to
changing census/demands Familiarity with emergency and
