Learn more about who we are at: www.pygtherapy.com Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) to provide pediatric home health services. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical support from supervising OTs and leadership. Schedule Options: 1099, Part-time or Full-time opportunities available. Responsibilities Deliver engaging, play-based occupational therapy services aligned with individualized treatment goals Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist Educate caregivers to support carryover of therapeutic strategies Collaborate with supervising OTs and other healthcare professionals Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Qualifications Active Arizona OTA/COTA license Current CPR certification Article 9 certification Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently in a home health setting Pediatric experience preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Flexible scheduling based on your availability Dedicated administrative support Supportive, therapist-led leadership Referral bonus opportunities Our Culture We are intentional about creating an environment where therapists feel supported and valued.
