Job Description A Busy, well-respected, well-established 40-year-old Single Specialty group of 29 OBGYN physicians and Subspecialists in and around Phoenix and Scottsdale AZ seeks OBGYN physicians and Laborists. The generalist will have the opportunity to choose to work out of 1 of 16 beautiful and fully equipped state-of-the-art office locations. The physician will work out of 1 of the 6 hospitals the practice admits to and all hospitals have nursery levels of ll or lll with all services in-house. Physicians do a good mix of OB and GYN, average 20-30 patients per day and share call from home. Providers take no more than 8 calls monthly. Office locations are located in greater Phoenix so all have easy access to the city but also the benefits of great schools and quality of life. Offer includes a VERY competitive salary and benefits package including loan repayment. The Laborist position involves 15 days per month of call from home. This is ideal for someone looking for a flexible schedule and is a non-traditional laborist opening because it's call from home, covering a private group, and involves both doing both OB and emergent GYN. The call is 24 hours and is 7am-7am. This physician will get the schedule 75 days in advance and fill in the days he or she wants - they get to schedule calls before anyone else in the group. They offer a VERY competitive salary and benefits package with visa sponsorship and the opportunity for loan repayment. They also have an opening PT hospitalist position in Phoenix for physicians looking to supplement hrs The group could use 10 OBGYN Generalists and a Laborist or 2 (15 days monthly of call from home). The physicians work out of 1 or a few of their 17 state-of-the-art office locations which are beautiful and fully equipped. The practice also works out of 8 hospitals all with nursery levels of ll or lll and all with all services in-house, 6 of the 8 have robotics in-house too and providers only cover hospitals closest to the office they work out of. Physicians work with a very diverse patient base, do a good mix of OB and GYN, average 20-30 patients per day, and work out of only 1 office and the corresponding hospital. Offices are fully equipped and offer a “living room” like office setting. There are 8 24-hour calls from home monthly and physicians are never expected to take more call. Call is not heavy and many days you are not called in. Office locations in the suburbs have easy access to the city but also the benefits of great schools and quality of life. Offer includes a competitive salary (400K, 405K, 425K), a residency stipend, and potential for loan repayment through the NHS Corp. This group also allows for the flexibility of taking sabbatical time if the provider so desires after he or she has been there for a while.
