Soreo, a service of Mosaic, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Independent Contracted Direct Care Workers to support older adults and people of all ages with a physical and/or intellectual disability. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will create an environment where people can learn, grow, and discover. Core duties include: - Goal Achievement: Support people in defining their own goals and provide the guidance necessary to reach milestones that improve their daily quality of life. - Daily Living Support: Provide emotional companionship and assist with essential household tasks, including meal preparation, grooming, laundry, and light housekeeping. - Safety & Wellness: Monitor the medical, nutritional, and personal care needs of those you serve to ensure their well-being is being met.
