ICU/Critical Care RN in Glendale, Arizona, 85306! Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty:
Intensive Care Unit Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months ICU
experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months License:
Active license to practice Certifications: ACLS certification BLS
certification Must-Have: Life support certifications must be from
AHA, ARC, or ASHI No hits on state license to practice Driver's
license to verify residency Description: Weekend and holiday
rotation is required. Possible call and float to support other
units. Candidates must outline all criteria they are willing to
accept. Flexibility with locations, shifts, and departments will
expedite the offer process. Candidates must be able to start on the
listed start date or within one week. Requests for time off (RTO)
must be included and cannot exceed 7 days. No RTO is permitted
during the first week of the assignment. Candidates should specify
all facilities they are willing to work in. Please enumerate all
shifts they are willing to work. It is essential to list all
departments the candidate has experience in and is willing to
accept. All candidates submitted should be pre-closed and ready to
accept an offer. Immediate notification is required if a candidate
withdraws or becomes unavailable. Strict adherence to background
check standards is mandatory. All required documentation must be
submitted accurately and on time. Completion of the required skills
checklist within the last 12 months is necessary. Active
