Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Operations
Manager to oversee the operations and site management of our
healthcare facilities. The Operations Manager will be responsible
for ensuring the seamless delivery of our services while upholding
our commitment to excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate
will have a deep understanding of healthcare operations,
exceptional leadership skills, and a strong commitment to providing
outstanding service. This role requires a strategic thinker who can
manage complex operations, optimize processes, and lead a diverse
team to achieve excellence in service delivery. Oversee daily
operations of healthcare facilities ensuring high standards of
service and compliance with policies and regulations. Lead and
develop a team of professionals to promote efficiency and
effectiveness in service delivery. Implement strategic plans and
initiatives to improve operational systems and processes. Manage
budgets, control expenses, and analyze financial information to
ensure cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with senior management and
other departments to align operations with overall organizational
goals. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,
maintaining Aramark's commitment to high-quality standards. Monitor
performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage complex budgets
and financial management Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
compliance Ability to implement process improvement initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Certified Healthcare
Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification is a plus
