About the Position Virtual Monitor Tech | Phoenix, AZ | Contract We
are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Monitor Technician to join a
high-tech Clinical Command Center (Virtual Hospital Setting) in
Phoenix . This role offers the opportunity to monitor patients
remotely using advanced systems while playing a critical role in
patient safety and outcomes. Position Details Title: Virtual
Monitor Tech Location: Phoenix 85013-4447 Shift: 12-Hour Nights
(1900–0730) Schedule: Weekends & holidays as required Pay:

Rule: 50 miles (No local rates) Facility Highlights Centralized
Virtual Hospital / Command Center Supports approximately 340 beds
across multiple facilities Monitor 45–60 patients simultaneously
Equipment: GE & Ascom systems Key Responsibilities Perform remote
cardiac and respiratory monitoring via centralized systems
Recognize and interpret cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias Escalate
critical changes promptly to RN staff following protocols Maintain
accurate documentation and reporting Follow established
communication and escalation procedures Contribute to improving
patient safety and clinical outcomes Requirements Completion of an
accredited program including EKG Interpretation Minimum 2 years of
recent related experience (3 years preferred) Strong ability to
interpret cardiac rhythms independently Excellent communication and
critical thinking skills Scheduling & Work Environment No fixed
schedule (manager assigned) Must be available for 2–3 day shifts
for orientation Weekend Requirement: Minimum 4 weekend shifts per
schedule cycle Holiday Requirement: Yes No call , but low census
standby may occur Dress Code: Business casual Orientation & Growth
