Evening Hours per Shift: Either 0800-1830 or 1000-2030 Experience:
Minimum 2 years License: AZ State Board of Pharmacy Technician
License required Certifications: BLS Certification, CPhT Must-Have:
Certified Pharmacy Tech Description: Certified Pharmacy Technician
required. BLS and CPhT are required. High school diploma or
equivalent is required. Days and rotating shifts including weekends
are required. Start times are either 8:00 AM or 10:00 AM.
Experience with the Omnicell medication system is preferred.
Responsibilities include gathering medications for distribution to
departments and Omnicell. Deliver medications and requested items
to departments and Omnicell. Prepare IV admixtures and deliver them
to medication rooms. Gather medications to be delivered to patient
drawers. Maintain patient records effectively. Communicate
effectively with healthcare providers and nursing staff. Perform
monthly unit inspections as assigned. Conduct Home Medication
Reconciliations on all admitted patients. Requirements Required for
