Job Description Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Globe, Arizona. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners. You will work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details. /n /n Minimum Qualifications /n - Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or equivalent from an accredited educational program. - Active Arizona PTA license is required for submission or candidate must have already applied and be able to provide an estimated timeline for license approval prior to the assignment. - Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. - Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. - Ability to follow POC developed by supervising Physical Therapist and document care in electronic medical record systems. - Ability to work a 32-hour work week with availability for a 4x8 days schedule as required by the client. - Preferred: prior experience with restorative nursing programs and mobility/transfer training for older adults. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility. - Shift name: Days. - Schedule: 4 x 8 shifts per week (client indicates a 32 hour guarantee). - Assignment length: 13 weeks. - Arizona license required for submission or must have applied and be able to provide an ETA for approval. /n /n Location Highlights /n Globe, AZ offers access to outdoor recreation and historic downtown amenities.
