0-2 years experience Hourly rate $110 - Annualized $228,000 plus $5,000 CME, $6,000 Quality bonus

2-7 years experience Hourly rate $120- Annualized $240,000 plus $5,000 CME $6,000 Quality bonus

7 plus years experience Hourly rate $130- Annualized $260,000 plus $5,000 CME $6,000 Quality bonus
