Charting system: Cerner

Required Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible in OB GYN

Active Arizona license required or IMLC letter of qualification in hand

DEA required

Credentialing

Credentialing timeframe as outlined in the order details

Mandatory remote Cerner training prior to start
