Job Description:
Job Title: CT Technologist Profession: CT Technologist (Computed
Tomography) Specialty: CT Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening,
Night Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: 2 years License: Required
Certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS Must-Have: GE and Siemens experience
preferred; if not both, GE experience within the past 6 months
Description: Responsible for performing high quality diagnostic and
CT images in the Imaging Departments. BLS certification is
required. ARRT certification and state license are mandatory. The
position requires taking on-call status when needed. The
technologist may be asked to pick up extra shifts. Often, shift
start times can be adjusted by 2 hours ahead or delayed due to
census. Cancellation policy allows for 3 cancellations per 13
weeks. Proficient use of Allscripts - Sunrise for charting is
necessary.
