Job Description Job Description Description: Now Hiring: AM Pizza Prep – Èlephante Scottsdale Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Morning / Daytime shifts Èlephante Scottsdale is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented AM Pizza Prep cook to support our pizza program and help set the kitchen up for a successful service. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and working with high-quality ingredients in an elevated kitchen. About the Role As AM Pizza Prep, you’ll be responsible for preparing dough, sauces, toppings, and components that power our pizza service. Your work ensures smooth execution and consistency during peak service hours. What You’ll Do Prepare pizza dough, sauces, cheeses, and toppings according to standards Portion, label, and store ingredients properly Assist with stretching dough and organizing pizza mise en place Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Communicate prep needs with chefs and kitchen leadership What We’re Looking For Previous kitchen or pizza prep experience preferred Attention to detail and consistency Strong time management and organization skills Ability to work efficiently during morning hours Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Perks & Pay $20–$22/hour based on experience Consistent morning schedule Work with a high-volume, quality-driven pizza program Growth opportunities within a leading hospitality group If you take pride in great prep and love being the foundation of a strong pizza service, we’d love to meet you.
