Overview: • The Enrollment Coordinators play a critical role in
working with our new member clients to determine eligibility and
perform various enrollment activities. Enrollment Coordinators
interface with both individual plan members and employer group and
requires a strong focus around accurate and timely customer support
to ensure client enrollment and retention. The Enrollment
Coordinator III reports directly to the Enrollment Supervisor. Job
Duties: • Responsible for opening incoming mail, scanning and
updating excel spreadsheet with member details received from each
scan, email and/or incoming fax documentation. As a Med D
Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting
claims data in all adjudication platforms. You will take part in a
variety of tasks and projects across the COB/MSP team. To be
successful in this role, you will need to communicate effectively
in individual and group situations, as well as the ability to plan
assignments, develop action plans, and complete tasks in a timely
