Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to lead the Human
Resources department within our corporate office. As a key figure
in supporting and advancing our vibrant workplace culture, the HR
Manager will play a pivotal role in implementing HR strategies that
support our mission of delivering outstanding service across food,
facilities, and uniform services. This role requires a dynamic
leader capable of managing multiple HR functions including
recruitment, employee relations, regulatory compliance, and
performance management. The HR Manager will also ensure HR
practices align with organizational objectives and uphold our
commitment to employee engagement, development, and a supportive
work environment. Develop and implement HR strategies and
initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge
management and employee relations by addressing demands,
grievances, or other issues. Manage the recruitment and selection
process, ensuring a fair and consistent hiring process. Support
current and future business needs through the development,
engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital. Oversee
and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
performance. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource
management, mitigating risks and overseeing health, welfare, and
compliance practices. Assist in the development of corporate plans
for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health,
and safety. Profound knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability
to architect strategy along with leadership skills Excellent active
listening, negotiation, and presentation skills Competence to build
and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of
the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Professional certification in HR such as SHRM-CP or PHR
preferred
