looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our innovative
Data Science and AI team. As a key player in data management and
strategy implementation, the Lead Data Analyst will leverage vast
datasets to inform decision-making and support business growth.
This role involves rigorous analysis to improve operational
efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability, aligning data
insights with the dynamic ethos of Dutch Bros. Lead and guide a
team of data analysts in complex data gathering and analysis
Develop and implement comprehensive data collection and analysis
strategies Transform raw data into actionable insights to drive
business decisions Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all
analyses and reports Work cross-functionally with multiple
departments to meet strategic goals Stay abreast of industry trends
and developments in data science and AI Proficiency in data
analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Tableau) Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent leadership and communication
skills Experience with database management and data modeling
