Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. \n Schedule: M-F 4pm-12:30am \n \n \n Basic Qualifications: \n \n \n \n \n \n \n • Must be 18 years of age or older\n \n \n • Previous leadership experience required\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Preferred Qualifications: \n \n \n \n \n \n \n • Customer Service Experience \n \n \n • One (1) year of similar work experience\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Responsibilities: \n \n \n \n \n \n • Provide leadership and direction to team members \n \n \n • Relay communication between team members, client, customers and management \n \n \n • Report performance issues to the Supervisor\n \n \n • Assist with the training of cleaning team\n \n \n • Coordinate work assignments \n \n \n • Assist with making daily and weekly work schedules \n \n \n • Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned building \n \n \n • Manage security of keys and access cards for the property \n \n \n • Report work orders for maintenance\n \n \n • Makes sure premises are secured at all times \n \n \n • Work with Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work. \n \n \n • Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager. \n \n \n • Provide training to all new hires assigned to the building \n \n \n • Check supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly. \n \n \n • Complete order forms completely and accurately. \n \n \n • Coordinate equipment usage and inventories. \n \n \n 300 \n \n \n \n \n A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
