Mail Processor II Compensation The pay for this position is $18.56
per hour Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90
days of employment A 401(k) with a company match is available for
full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Mail Processor II Highlights This position is a contract assignment
with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance,

Interview Mail Processor II Responsibilities Operate large
production digital printers and inserter machines Fold and insert
documents into envelopes using automated machinery Verify print
jobs, ensure accuracy and timely completion Perform general
mailroom duties in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Troubleshoot and clear paper jams, restock materials Adhere to
strict turnaround schedules while maintaining accuracy Lift boxes
up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for long periods of time
Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and positive
work environment Maintain professionalism while working with
sensitive healthcare information Mail Processor II Requirements
Experience with large digital copiers, inserters, or mailing
machines Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail
and time management skills Must be comfortable standing and moving
for most of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs High School
Diploma or GED Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Preferred Qualifications Previous experience handling mail or
working in a print/mailroom environment Customer service background
