Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Mechanical Assemblers Phoenix, AZ Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Pay Rate: $20/hour Position Summary: The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling manufactured products and packing them according to specifications. This role requires meeting assigned production quantities while maintaining perfect quality standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Assemble machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, appliances, and related components according to provided instructions Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to build products to specification Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively Maintain production logs, maintenance records, and reports related to product discrepancies Perform basic equipment and conveyor maintenance and repairs as needed Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate with materials handlers when replenishment is required Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure consistency and compliance with company standards Identify, resolve, and escalate quality or production issues to supervisors as needed Demonstrate strong teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude Support production demands by adhering to scheduled hours, overtime when required, and designated break periods Perform additional duties as assigned ABUNDANT SOLUTIONS Phone: 214-217-6888
