Job Description:

We are looking for self-motivated and safety-conscious candidates who would like to join our production team in our Buckeye, AZ location! New employees can earn 55K in total compensation when working at Canam Steel Corp for a 40-50 hour work week. This includes the base rate, shift differential, overtime, retention and production bonuses. There are additional ways to earn including referral bonuses and mentoring incentives. Position is full-time with benefits! 2nd Shift 8 hour shift schedule: Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm 9 hour shift schedule: Monday - Thursday Night shift - 3pm - 12:30pm Friday Night shift - 2pm to 10:30pm Mandatory alternating Saturdays Night shift - 2pm to 10:30pm *Must be able to work all shift schedules ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures. Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications. Operate overhead cranes for efficient material handling. Operate 1 machine (Stud machine, Bridging Stacker, Stacker and Painters) . Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required . Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required . REQUIREMENTS: · Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. · Ability to obtain valid crane certification. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: · Frequent communication with others to exchange information. · Frequent repetition of motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. · Frequent moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. · Frequent lifting or moving objects up to 50 pounds in all directions. · Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. · Constantly thinking and processing information. · Constantly maintaining concentration and focus on tasks.
