Job Description:
Public Safety Outpatient Counselors are needed in Tempe and West
Phoenix to provide behavioral health services for first
responders.
Responsibilities include assessment, triage, treatment,
consultation, and post-incident evaluations.
Must have a current, unrestricted license (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC,
Ph.D., Psy.D.) and at least 2 years of outpatient counseling
experience.
Skills required include trauma-informed care, strong communication,
clinical diagnosis, and ability to work independently.
Additional duties involve case management, collaboration with
public safety teams, documentation, and crisis interventions.
Qualifications include a valid driver--------s license, CPR/First
Aid, liability insurance, and fingerprint clearance.
Must comply with ongoing training, supervision, and renewals,
ensuring ethical and legal standards are met.
